Chateau/Producer: | Haut Brion | Country: | France | AOC: | Pessac-Leognan | Region: | Graves | Wine Score: | 94 | Notes: | Color is a deep ruby, with a beautiful nose of dark fruits and earth. The nose also tells you it's still very youthful, even after a couple of hours of decanting. In the mouth, putting aside the very young and present sweet tannins, it reveals a substantial amount of red and black fruit, spice and mineral flavors which should all blend with additional cellar time. A nice long finish. | Tasting Date: | 2004-05-21 | Source: | Private Collection |
