The boquet seems to be ever-changing on this complex and interesting medium-to-full-bodied wine. Wonderful balance of tannins and fruit - almost explosive flavor that wraps up very smoothly. A fine example of what a refined CdR should taste like -- will be interesting to see how this wine changes over time.
