A deep gold color with glints of silver. The bubbles are
very delicate, numerous and ascend slowly in the glass.  The
nose is intense. There are hints of bread, pears, spice
cake, pureed peaches, smoke and toasted aromas.  On the
palate, there is an attack of rich and jam-like flavors that
give the wine an impression of opulence. The finish, not of
significant length, add a mineral note to the whole.
