A very good example of fine Champagne. This had a lovely
nose, with the scent of flowers and pear. The color was a
very pale yellow, almost clear. It had small bubbles, a good
level of acidity, and a great, long finish. The main flavors
I could pick out were lemon and pear. The bottle did not
last long.
