The color of this wine is a deep garnet, almost black unless
there is light behind it. The bouquet is medium strength
with berry notes. This is a nice, drinkable red, with a good
dose of tannins and some acids to balance. The main fruit
note is cherry. There is a bit of a bitter aftertaste, like
when you accidentally lick your fingers after applying bug
spray. However, with food this is less noticeable. At the
price, this is a good table wine.
