Notes
-----
The color is a pretty, slightly pale golden yellow. The nose
is rich, sweet, and spicy, like a pineapple boiled up in a
crawfish boil. (Mmm, and that is good!) It has scents like
pineapple, brandied apricot, and a slight peppery

sweet, but not super-sticky-sweet. Still, it has a
complexity that makes me like it anyway! The flavor has a
slight bitter tang, but not unpleasant. After drinking it a

day or two past its freshness date, so that it's beginning

steriods--extra gewurztraminervergnugen!
