The color is between pale yellow and straw. It has a
wonderful nose of apricots, grapefruit, citrus, and honey.
There's a nice level of acidity, with a great long finish.
The most characteristic flavor is of sweet grapefruit, like
when you've eaten half of a pink grapefruit and you squeeze
the half into your bowl to get the extra juice, and you add
a little sugar to it, and drink it right out of the
bowl--that's the flavor here. The body is fairly light for a
dessert wine. Very delicious.
