A message from Ric Hopper of Hopper's Wine and Spirits:
We have sold about 70% of our pre-Katrina wine inventory at a 25% discount, and we are receiving new merchandise everyday. Last week we took delivery of over 130 cases of 2002 Domaine Bouchard red Burgundy including Savigny Les Beaune, Monthelie Les Duresses, Beaune Clos de la Mousse, Beaune Greves LEnfant Jesus and Volnay Caillerets Cuvee Ancien Carnot. |
We also took delivery of new wines from North Berkeley Imports and Peter Weygandt. Shortly, we will have new wines from Fran Kysela, Kermit Lynch Wine Merchants, and a whole new variety of California wines.
We have gift baskets available for the holidays. If you prefer, we can custom wrap any wines you may wish to send to your family, friends, or customers, and offer delivery in town, or ship of out of state depending upon regulations.
We also have fresh cheeses and food products available for the holiday season. Many customers are surprised, but pleased, to know that our shipments are arriving by air and in excellent condition.
